The Miami Con is a comic convention in Miami, Florida. And the 2021 event is scheduled for December 5, 2021 at the Pullman Miami Airport Hotel.
The Miami Con is an old-school gathering
The Miami Con, in its third year, brings together South Florida’s comic book and art community in an old-school style convention reminiscent of the 1970s and 1980s. Attendees buy, sell, trade comics ranging from the Golden Age to the Modern Era.
The convention is an opportunity to meet local collectors and dealers. Exhibitors at The Miami Con offer comic books or comic art only.
Comic book talent at The Miami Con includes:
Amanda Conner is a writer, penciller and inker known for Harley Quinn, Power Girl and Gatecrasher.
Jimmy Palmiotti is credited as an inker, writer, finisher, backup writer, penciller, artist, cover, and backup.
Billy Tucci is an illustrator, writer and filmmaker who is most known for Shi, his creator-owned title and character.
Jose Delbo is well known for his work with Wonder Woman and Transformers.
Jeff Dekal is an illustrator whose clients include Marvel, DC, BOOM, AWA, Creature Entertainment, and Valiant.
Ralph Cabrera is a penciller, inker, colorist, and cover artist Marvel, DC, and Darkhorse.
Also, Greg Kirkpatrick, Eric Bonhomme and James Dormer Schneider are on the roster.
