@Dark.Lady.Cosplay is a Tampa cosplayer who brings World of Warcraft characters to life. And she bring a lot of them to life. She has cosplayed more than 20 World of Warcraft characters, some with multiple versions. In addition, she has four more currently being crafted.
While we share the full list below, here are two of our favorites: Sylvanas Windrunner (below left) and Ranger General Sylvanas (below right). And @Dark.Lady.Cosplay is appearing at St. Pete Comic Con 2022 on January 8-9 at the Coliseum.
Why World of Warcraft?
@Dark.Lady.Cosplay relates to the giant world with so many different characters. “I love to learn about the characters,” she said. “The characters are so incredibly detailed in who they are I find myself drawn to their stories and how they all intertwine.” And her adoration of World of Warcraft also has become a source of strength and inspiration. “Over the years I’ve fallen in love with so many characters, and I’ve found a lot of strength and inspiration from them,” she said.

@Dark.Lady.Cosplay’s talent goes well beyond World of Warcraft. A few examples below are Ashe from Overwatch, Emma Frost from X-Men, and Zero from Drakengard. In Overwatch, she most relates to Ashe. “I kinda vibed with Widowmaker for a while and enjoyed her, but when Ashe released I fell in love,” she said, noting “I seem to gravitate towards characters like Ashe and Sylvanas.”

@Dark.Lady.Cosplay is a St. Pete Comic Con 2022 Cosplay Guest
The talented cosplayer will be at St. Pete Comic Con on January 8-9, 2022, at the historic Coliseum located in downtown St. Petersburg. St. Pete Comic Con 2022 is a two-day, multi-genre comic convention in St. Petersburg that features comics, anime, science fiction and fantasy talent, along with a guest roster of Florida’s top cosplayers. Tickets include single day for $15, and weekend pass for $25.
St. Pete Comic Con 2022 attendees can chat with @Dark.Lady.Cosplay and ask questions at her booth. In addition, she is on the panel “Cosplay 101: A Beginner’s Panel,” which is an introduction to cosplay for first-timers.
